Renovations are always stressful and undoubtedly, some unexpected things can pop up, but Darcy was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. There was a high level of communication throughout the project, which I appreciated. The subcontractors were all very professional, skilled and friendly. Our reno was finished on time and our final spending was very close to the initial quote.

Darcy of Rouse Projects managed a significant renovation at my home in Canmore. I would hire Darcy again. He communicates clearly and often with photos and project updates, and responds to questions or concerns very very quickly. Darcy is without question the best contractor I have used. From his project management tool that allows me to log in and see the progress, both in pictures and with timelines, to his transparency and honesty. I had asked about a few items and if they should be done or not, and he weighed out the pro’s and con’s of them allowing me to make the decision. He is quick to reply and always approachable yet professional. I am already planning more work to be done to my loft since it was such a pleasure to work with him.
